5+ years expDuke's is now looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team! In this position, you will work closely with the Analytics Data Team Manager to oversee data operations, lead and mentor team members, and ensure data quality and integrity across all processes.

Responsibilities
Guide, coach, and mentor data team members, creating opportunities for professional development and supporting the advancement of technical and analytical skills across the team
Coordinate, monitor, and perform daily activities related to data acquisition, validation, management, and analysis, ensuring alignment with regional and organizational priorities
Oversee the allocation and prioritization of stages and activities, ensuring efficient workflow and balanced distribution of responsibilities to meet organizational objectives and deadlines
Promote ongoing learning by organizing training sessions, developing documentation, and encouraging the sharing of insights, lessons learned, and innovative approaches among team members
Enforce standards and best practices for data processing, management, and reporting to maintain high levels of accuracy and reliability
Serve as the primary point of contact between the data team and other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to support business goals and initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Have a bachelor's degree in data science, information management, business analytics, or a related field
at least 5 years of experience in data processing, data management, or data analytics roles
at least 3 years of experience in a team lead, supervisory or similar capacity
Demonstrated expertise in data management tools and methodologies including GIS
strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
strong analytical abilities
strong organizational and time management skills
strong interpersonal communication skills
proven ability to successfully lead cross-functional teams
proven ability to manage complex projects
experience implementing best practices for professional development and workload prioritization
able and willing to travel by car and/or air 2 – 3 weeks (~10 days) year for meetings
Preferred
advanced degree or relevant certification preferred
FME is a plus
