Marketing Operations Producer

The Marketing Operations Producer will coordinate and execute creative marketing work, ensuring projects move smoothly from prioritization through production and final delivery.

Responsibilities

Own creative intake, capacity tracking, and timelines, milestones, dependencies, invoices and approvals across creative projects utilizing project management tools such as Linear
Serve as a central point of coordination to keep projects aligned and moving forward, and bring consistency and clarity to how creative work moves through the organization
Proactively identify risks, gaps, or blockers and work with partners to resolve them, coordinating timelines and deliverables with internal editors, motion designers, freelancers, and external vendors
Ensure creative deliverables are completed on time and meet quality and brand standards, technical specifications and accessibility requirements by owning and formalizing the QA process
Support and manage video and multimedia production workflows from shoots, edits, reviews, exports, through to final delivery
Own freelancer coordination for video and multimedia projects, including onboarding, timelines, and feedback cycles
Own the organization and documentation of final creative assets across tools like Drive, Figma, LucidLink, Notion, Linear, etc
Ensure assets are properly labeled, versioned, QA’d and easy for teams to find and reuse
Partner with Integrated Marketing and Performance to ensure teams know what creative exists and how it can be used

Required

3-4+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or marketing operations, managing internal and external creatives
Experience managing creative workflows across video, design, and copy
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects at once
Experience with project management tools; familiarity with Linear is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across cross-functional partners
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where priorities may shift
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and a sense of ownership
A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working across teams
