Responsibilities

Corresponding over the phone and email to process purchase orders
Troubleshoot issues with previous orders
Work with schools to help them order school forms such as tardy slips, bus passes, nurse visit reports, etc

Required

Basic understanding of processing orders for printed forms
Strong Customer Service skills and client-management experience
Proficient in Data Entry and maintaining accurate records

Experience with print production is a plus
Experience working with school staff is preferred
