Responsibilities
Lead team meetings for planning, execution and reviews
Organize and source info from Jira for reporting, track dependences across teams
Liaise across tech leads and PMs to gather info and prepare periodic reports containing RAG status, business objective, deliverables, progress to date, risks/issues, milestones tracking, dependences and planned vs. actual funding
Work with tech leads and PMs of Initiatives on the yearly strategic planning throughout its process
Gather and produce ad-hoc project info to up management & horizontal teams
Track to closure audit issues and applications re-certification
Plan and execute until successful delivery
Qualification
Required
10 years' of experience working across technical and project management teams, liaising with team leaders, up & horizontal layers
Experience in Agile Scrum & Kanban methodologies
Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Suite
Passion for problem solving, contributing to break complex topics into actionable solutions
Ability to work independently
Preferred
Tech-related education
Business knowledge in Trading & Risk activities
