Draft, review, and send content related to change plan
Analyze feedback and make recommendations for agile updates to the change strategy
Identify potential disruptions, assess impacts, and develop mitigation tactics
Qualification
Required
More than five years of related work experience
Experience in organizational change management and communications
Ability to develop organizational change management and communications strategies
Experience leading projects and providing consulting advice to product teams
Ability to create, maintain and execute communication and enablement plans
Experience meeting with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams to align goals and execute deliverables
Ability to draft, review, and send content related to change plan
Experience analyzing feedback and making recommendations for agile updates to the change strategy
Ability to identify potential disruptions, assess impacts, and develop mitigation tactics
