Administrative Assistant (contract)
Masis Professional Group is a boutique Boston based Investment firm seeking an administrative assistant to support their investment staff. The role involves greeting clients, organizing meetings, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
Greet Clients, Answer phones, plan and organize client meetings, sort and distribute mail, overnight packages
Provide administrative support across the organization, calendar, meeting prep, tech support
Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Communicate and collaborate effectively throughout the day with members of Facilities and including, Manager, Reception and Facilities Support, to ensure tasks and other office support needs are met timely and accurately
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1+ years of relevant administrative experience in a corporate environment
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, MS Teams, Excel, virtual meeting platforms experience
