Responsibilities
Manages assigned project(s) to completion
Develops project goals, objectives and schedule to align with defined business strategy
Defines and ensures resources are assigned to meet project goals
Develops, tracks and documents all aspects of the project
Defines project budget and monitors and adjusts plan as resource requirements change
Communicates and documents project quality and progress metrics
Addresses and resolves project issues to ensure project remains on track
Oversee grant contract compliance and requirements
Maintain accurate budget records and financial documentation
Monitor program expenditures and ensure fiscal responsibility
Prepare and submit quarterly grant reports to funders
Track and report on program outcomes and metrics
Supervise program staff, volunteers, and student interns
Process and manage payroll for team member associates
Coordinate and approve time-off requests
Implement corrective action plans when necessary
Foster a positive, collaborative team environment
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
Maintain and coordinate transportation schedules across multiple software platforms
Ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and operational challenges
Develop and implement standard operating procedures
Monitor program quality and identify improvement opportunities
Prepare comprehensive quarterly reports for stakeholders and funders
Maintain accurate program records and documentation
Track key performance indicators and program metrics
Create data summaries and impact stories for reporting purposes
Qualification
Required
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or operations management
Preferred
Healthcare Experience Preferred
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
Experience With Grant Management And Reporting Preferred
Prior experience in healthcare, social services, or community programs strongly preferred
