They are seeking a Financial Operations Manager to oversee the Corporate Marketing team's finances, including budgets and forecasts, while collaborating with the Finance team and marketing leads.

Responsibilities

Manage Corporate Marketing team budget, including monthly forecasts, invoice tracking, budget trainings, accrual documentation and more

Collaborate with BU Marketing leads on a regular basis to help prepare and manage their respective budgets

Collaborate with the Finance team on a regular basis regarding budgets, codes, reports, and accruals reporting

Build, share and communicate a regular reporting cadence to Head of Marketing and BU Marketing Leads regarding budget, actuals tracking and forecasting

Overall ensure smooth operations of the team and work with Director of Integrated Marketing to identify operational priorities, address issues and consistently communicate with the team on resolutions
