Responsibilities

Support key Accenture Federal Services IT/IS initiatives focused on enhancing the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to improve and sustain AFS security controls

Collaborate with the Lead Developer and Solution Architect to design, build, test, and implement updates to the CMDB

Configuration Item (CI) class configuration

Relationship mapping

Data model design

Creation of business rules and workflows

Document design and implementation/rollback steps

Report progress, potential issues, and proposed solutions to project leadership
