Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for processing Program Access Requests, auditing and ensuring accuracy of documents, and maintaining access rosters
Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies
Manage information in proprietary systems and excel spreadsheets with a high rate of accuracy
Knowledge of electronic recordkeeping and corporate archival functions
Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations in order to support various additional Personnel Security Functions
Qualification
Required
4 years of Industrial Security or related security experience with a high school diploma OR 0 Years with a bachelor's degree
Candidate must have and be able to maintain an Active U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level with a background investigation date within the last 6 years
Ability to obtain and maintain access to a Special Access Program (SAP)
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Experience working in a SAP environment
Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 and DoD SAP Manuals
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate a positive working relationship with internal and external customers
Working knowledge of NG and Govt. systems : DISS, JADE, SIMS
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
