Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via email and occasional phone calls in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate manner
Assist in managing customer service platforms (Gorgias), ensuring accurate and thoughtful responses that go above and beyond customer expectations
Support order processing, fulfillment coordination, returns, and exchanges
Track, analyze, and report on returns and customer feedback to identify trends and share insights with the Design and Technical teams
Help monitor inventory levels and flag discrepancies or recurring issues
Prepare and maintain reports related to customer service performance, returns, and e-commerce operations using Google Sheets or Excel
Identify recurring customer issues and proactively suggest process improvements
Support site merchandising updates and ensure online product information is accurate and detailed

Required

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and remain calm under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Highly analytical mindset with comfort working with reports and data
Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to connect naturally with customers and deliver a high-touch, luxury experience
Comfortable communicating with customers via email and phone when needed
Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
Ability to handle sensitive or high-profile clients with discretion and professionalism
Proactive, reliable, and motivated to go above and beyond
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Fashion, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Availability to work on-site 2 days a week
Location: New York

Preferred

Prior customer service experience required (fashion, retail, or e-commerce preferred)
Experience with Shopify is strongly preferred
Experience with customer service platforms (Gorgias) is a strong bonus
