Managing engineering projects with a focus on maintenance optimization

Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field
Experience or understanding of maintenance planning, reliability engineering, or engineering management
Knowledge of maintenance methodologies such as RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance), CBM (Condition-Based Maintenance), or Lean principles
Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration and department-wide initiatives
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Strong communication and leadership skills
Familiarity with R&D processes and technology integration in maintenance environments
Experience in driving cost reduction and performance improvement programs
Adaptability to work in dynamic and evolving engineering contexts
