Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets
Lead, motivate, and manage multiple sales teams to ensure high performance and goal attainment
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners within the assigned area

Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
Conduct training and development programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in a regional or multi-location capacity
Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
