Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison to the GDATS Senior Leadership Team on all M&A tech integration initiatives, providing connectivity, transparency, and alignment

Develop, own, and continuously refine the M&A Technology Integration Playbook, codifying best practices, governance, and processes for GDATS-led integrations

Lead the technology integration strategy and roadmap for all M&A activity, ensuring alignment with enterprise digital, data, and cybersecurity objectives

Drive due diligence on technology, digital assets, and infrastructure to identify risks, opportunities, and synergy potential

Partner with GDATS leaders, corporate development, and business executives to prioritize and execute integration initiatives that unlock business value

Oversee cross-functional integration workstreams, including enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HRIS), cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and cybersecurity

Manage vendor contracts, licensing, and technology rationalization efforts to optimize scalability and cost efficiency

Establish integration KPIs, monitor progress, and report outcomes to GDATS leadership and executive stakeholders

Champion change management and adoption efforts to ensure smooth transitions and minimize business disruption

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of technology integration managers and subject matter experts
