Responsibilities
Leading multiple concurrent cross-functional projects from inception through to launch and beyond
Partnering with project sponsors and owners to refine the business problem and collaboratively shape program scope, stakeholder alignment and success measures
Building and driving execution against complex & often multi-phased program plans, managing risks, issues and dependencies throughout
Engaging project sponsors and owners as a trusted thought partner, offering data, insights, and alternative viewpoints that test assumptions and drive innovative action
Defining and executing a Change Management plan to ensure criteria is met and stakeholder adoption is achieved
Providing support for HR M&A activities, on all aspects of a deal, including tactical and operational support, from due diligence through post-close integration
Qualification
Required
7 years of relevant experience and a High school / Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
Demonstrated experience in Program and Project Management, leading concurrent complex cross functional projects
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively within a diverse corporate and client environment
Self-motivated, resourceful, take initiative. Have a drive to investigate and dissect information with a dedicated focus on quality
Demonstrate the ability to adapt fluidly, creatively solve problems and drive alignment across teams
