Responsibilities

Retain and grow a book of business: Responsible for contacting new and existing customers. (Territory – USA)
Process quotes & orders: Manage inquiries via email, web forms, live chat, and telephone. Manage timely follow-ups and accurate data in our CRM. Mail-out samples, provide clear and accurate pricing and product information, send & chase customers for artwork and order deadlines
Manage Production Timelines with Customers: Confirm lead times where necessary and inform customers throughout the production process to ensure orders are on time
Quality Control: Ensure all sales orders are accurate and approved prior to processing. Collect and chase payments, and check stock levels
Manage Customer Complaints: Delayed orders, quality problems, check courier websites to get an update on delivery and communicate with logistic team where necessary
Cross-company collaboration: You’ll be working with all areas of our business; Marketing, Operations, Art & Design, Logistics. Communication skills are vital to success

Required

Passion, dedication, integrity, and top-notch communication and organizational skills
Sales and Customer experience is a bonus
Ability to retain and grow a book of business
