Responsibilities
Manage and assist with the annual global cash tax forecasting
Respond to tax audit inquiries from foreign tax authorities
Manage and assist with quarterly REIT testing
Develop and implement tax planning ideas in various jurisdictions
Assist with M&A and internal restructurings by providing structuring considerations and relevant tax-related inputs
Research tax issues and ad hoc requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Post-graduate degree in tax or law
8-12 years of experience in a corporate tax department or public accounting firm
Preferred
Prior experience at a REIT preferred
