Responsibilities
Provide integrated and comprehensive analysis, design, and assessment of requirements, concepts, and resources for human factors engineering, manpower, personnel, training, safety and occupational health, force protection and survivability, and habitability
Ensure human performance is optimized to increase total system performance and minimize total system ownership costs
Qualification
Required
Minimum Bachelor's degree
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
Relevant Human Systems Integration (HSI) engineering experience related R&D, T&E, and systems acquisition programs
Top Secret clearance
US Citizenship
Preferred
Master's in engineering, physical science, or mathematics or a related filed
15+ years of relevant experience
Human Systems Integration (HSI) engineering experience related R&D, T&E, and systems acquisition programs for Navy shipbuilding and defense systems
