Greet customers with a smile, and learn their furnishing needs
Search our catalogs and offer recommendations based on needs and budget
Generate sales and create leads from online messages, phone calls, texts and in store walk ins
Offer customers current sales and promotions
Answer questions regarding the store and furniture
Open and close cash registers, count money, and balance cash drawers
Learn company policies
Calculate retail prices and create sales tags
Process cash payments, credit card payments, and finance/leasing contracts
Organize and maintain customer records on CRM & QuickBooks
Recognize security risks and thefts, and act accordingly
Maintain a professional image
Qualification
Required
Experience working with current technology and software
Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent organization and communication skills
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Bilingual candidates (English & Spanish)
1-3 years of retail experience
