Associate Attorney - Labor & Employment (Wage & Hour Class Actions)
BakerHostetler is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Labor and Employment Group. The candidate would represent employers in all facets and at all stages of employment and labor relations, confronting some of the most challenging issues facing employers in the modern workplace.

Represent employers in all facets and at all stages of employment and labor relations
Confront some of the most challenging issues facing employers in the modern workplace
Qualification
Required
Experience in California employment law including, but not limited to, litigation experience in both PAGA and wage and hour class actions
A strong academic record, having earned a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school
Must be admitted to practice law in the state of California
Preferred
Trial experience is a plus
Am Law 100 experience is a plus
Effective and persuasive writing and oral communication skills; law review or other comparable experience indicating significant research and writing skills a plus
Performance appraisals of exceeds expectations or greater at current firm
Exceptional project management skills
Ability to manage a fast-paced, complex workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues
The professional commitment and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a collaborative team environment
