Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sourcing strategy for biotech roles across a variety of functions
Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with top-tier biotech talent
Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand role needs and talent profiles
Leverage creative sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and beyond
Manage a high volume of roles without sacrificing quality, candidate experience, or integrity
Track and report on recruiting activity, pipeline health, and sourcing effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Proven experience recruiting in biotech (this is a must)
A true love for sourcing - you enjoy the hunt and the strategy behind it
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
High energy, strong work ethic, and a self-starter mindset
Creativity in how you find and engage talent - you're not afraid to try new approaches
