Responsibilities
Support clinical distribution operations at our Thousand Oaks facility
Managing clinical order fulfillment and coordinating logistics using SAP
Ensuring timely and accurate shipments of clinical materials
Hands-on material handling
Data tracking
Communicating with planners and requestors to align on timelines and resolve issues
Support projects related to process improvement and safety enhancements
Performing inventory counts
Resolving discrepancies
Accurately documenting all material transactions
Safe operation of Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs)
Lifting materials up to 35 lbs or working in cold storage environments
Qualification
Required
High school/GED and 2 years' work or military experience OR Associates and 6 months' work or military experience
No Experience required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field
Experience using tools such as SAP, Excel, and Smartsheet
Familiarity with GMP practices
Previous involvement in regulated workflows
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
