Required

You've proven you can operate at a high level in demanding environments (2+ years)

You're curious, hard-working, and want to grow fast

You want to be exceptionally good at something that matters

You likely come from a customer-facing technical role or another high-intensity environment and are known for getting things done

You bring: an engineering mindset, strong communication skills, and excitement about travel

Must have: proof you can learn fast, work independently, and earn trust in high-stakes situations
