Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network-related PC issues
Support Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Analyze and follow technical documentation to resolve escalated issues
Document incidents, solutions, and troubleshooting steps clearly
Communicate effectively with staff to diagnose issues and provide timely resolutions
Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 3 support when necessary

Qualification

Required

Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Experience with basic PC troubleshooting (hardware and software)
Ability to read, understand, and apply technical documentation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with staff
Good problem-solving and analytical abilities

Preferred

Previous experience in a Tier 2 or desktop support role
Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management processes
Basic knowledge of networking concepts
