Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting technical solutions, maintaining relationships, and driving business development for new and existing clients
Lead and Mentor a team of multidisciplinary engineers fostering professional growth
Work with the Division Director to contribute to setting the growth strategies and initiatives, while continuously enhancing the site/civil practice by staying informed on industry trends, advancements, and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Florida PE Required
Minimum 10 years' experience in the consulting industry
Business Development experience required
Public presentation experience
In-depth knowledge of State and Local site design standards and regulations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to effectively participate as part of a project team, develop and maintain client relations, and meet project demands and schedules
