Responsibilities

Develop and execute global marketing strategies that strengthen product positioning, deepen customer intimacy, and drive sustainable market development
Build a deep understanding of target markets, applications, and key success factors
Apply and continuously refine data-driven pricing strategies to optimize profitability
Leverage existing tools to ensure margin targets are achieved across product lines
Manage product portfolio strategy and conduct market and competitive analysis
Identify growth opportunities and enable customer-driven innovation in collaboration with Sales and Application Technology
Oversee contract creation and administration
Support Sales in customer negotiations to ensure commercially sound and profitable agreements
Participate in customer visits, trade shows, industry associations, and promotional activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and internal and external stakeholders
Prepare short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts to support accurate business planning and decision-making

Required

5–10 years of relevant experience in global or multinational organizations
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Analytical, entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen
Deep understanding of financial KPIs, marketing strategy, and pricing methodologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills across diverse stakeholder groups
Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively at all organizational levels
Willingness to travel approximately 20%

Preferred

MBA or degree in Chemistry
Experience with Bromine
