The State of Missouri is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant for the Quality Assurance Office at Northwest Community Services in Marshall. This role involves providing clerical support, managing records, and assisting with documentation for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for clerical, printing, and mail related tasks supporting work unit, including but not limited to scanning and filing various documentation, maintain tracking of various documents and reports, sends and receives various correspondence

This position includes managing permanent records of all individuals served by NWCS and managing the retention of these records

In addition, this position will also be responsible for parts of the registration and processes of CHARTe

Valid Missouri Driver's License
