Body Robot SE Technician
Cynet Systems is seeking a Body Robot SE Technician to support new model development and manufacturing readiness. The role involves working with robotic welding systems, managing multiple projects, and providing technical feedback to improve processes.

Responsibilities
Study and provide feedback during the New Model Development design phase
Develop innovative process plans that distribute welds across automated processes
Identify risks and develop countermeasures to prevent issues during on-floor implementation
Study and improve Robot SE processes to achieve applicable KPIs
Support digital manufacturing teams to align virtual plant models with actual floor conditions
Perform robotic welding feasibility studies using 3D simulation platforms
Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting aggressive deadlines
Provide technical feedback and contribute to the development of the group and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Automation Maintenance Technician degree or equivalent technical experience
Minimum 1 year of body shop production preparation and/or body design experience
Minimum 1 year of project experience with automated or robotic process equipment
General knowledge of vehicle body structures and manufacturing processes
Minimum 1 year of Robot Offline Teach Program experience
Ability to work weekends, holidays, shutdown periods, and overtime as required
Ability to travel up to 15% and support meetings outside normal business hours
Preferred
Advanced engineering degree
Experience in other manufacturing disciplines such as stamping, paint, or assembly
Body shop project or mass production experience
Experience in simultaneous engineering
Experience in process engineering within body shop operations
