They are seeking an Implementation Consultant to deliver high-quality Evotix 360 implementations by working closely with customers and internal project teams to configure solutions that meet specifications.

Responsibilities
Configure the Evotix 360 solution in line with agreed requirements and specifications
Assist with the setup, testing, and validation of solution components prior to go-live
Participate in client workshops and meetings to support requirements gathering and playback sessions
Contribute to delivery documentation such as configuration specs, UAT scripts, or knowledge transfer materials
Provide adhoc support and guidance to clients during implementation under the direction of a Senior or Principal Consultant
Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure tasks are delivered on time and to standard
Complete onboarding and training pathways to build knowledge of the platform and implementation methodology
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve delivery tools and team practices
Shadow and learn from more experienced consultants in design sessions, client interactions, and troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years' experience post-graduation, preferably in IT or software implementation role
Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI and Pentaho, and scripting tools such as SQL
Confident communicator who is comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders
Familiarity with SaaS platforms, databases, or process-driven systems is a plus
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks under direction
Strong team player with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
Delivers assigned configuration and documentation work to a high standard
Contributes professionally in meetings and builds early-stage stakeholder confidence
Investigates issues logically and seeks input when needed
Listens actively, asks clarifying questions, and presents information clearly
Actively develops knowledge and skills to grow as a professional
Supports others, shares learning, and contributes to a positive delivery culture
