Responsibilities

Build and ship end-to-end ML/LLM systems that power agents for real accounting workflows

Design evaluation + experimentation frameworks (benchmarks, golden tasks, metrics, and regression detection) to continuously improve model and product performance

Implement model orchestration, routing, and reliability testing for agent behavior under real constraints (latency, cost, accuracy)

Own projects as the RP: scope from first principles, run experiments, instrument deeply, and ship to production
