Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective civil and structural design strategies

Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing across the team

Prepare scope of work, technical specifications, and detailed drawings for bid packages

Engage with suppliers and contractors to resolve construction and design issues efficiently

Provide field support, troubleshooting, and evaluation of existing civil and structural systems during project execution

Define project scopes, prepare estimates, and execute structural designs for foundations, supports, pipe racks, modular skids, and platforms

Review RFIs and submittals, ensuring timely responses and compliance

Participate in final design coordination meetings and approve modifications

Conduct site walk-downs to verify proper installation and adherence to design specifications

Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing EH&S regulations and standards

Support proposal development, including material and labor estimates
