The Electronics Testing Associate is responsible for the assembly, testing, finishing, and troubleshooting of manufactured products, contributing to continuous improvement and ensuring quality in the testing process.

Responsibilities

Perform calibration and testing of electronic assemblies from start to finish according to the schedule, specifications, engineering drawings, and work instructions

Contribute to a continuous improvement culture by identifying opportunities to improve speed and implementing solutions to technical problems

Prepare reports summarizing output and test results

Learn and standardize assembly/testing processes for new products

Assist with the rework and troubleshooting of electro/mechanical assemblies and customer returns

Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes as required

May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment, tools, and fixtures

Performs other duties as required and assigned; duties and activities may change over time

Required

High school diploma or GED preferred

Must have experience operating a computer

Electronics and/or sensor testing a plus

Feel comfortable lifting up to 35 pounds (occasionally)

Be comfortable working with and influencing diverse team members

Occasional overtime to meet business needs

Be conversant in English for safe and effective performance of the job
