Responsibilities

Drive business development efforts across the commercial, industrial, and mission-critical sectors
Develop and execute a territory sales plan
Generate new client relationships and maintain existing ones
Prepare quotes and proposals for prospective clients
Work closely with leadership to meet growth goals
Travel throughout the region to build relationships and close deals

Required

5+ years of experience in business development or outside sales in commercial or industrial construction
Strong understanding of complex, large-scale builds (data center, industrial, advanced manufacturing)

Experience working with general contractors, owners, and developers
CRM proficiency and ability to manage a full sales cycle

Preferred

Existing client network is a plus
