New Grad, Entry LevelLanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Pharmaceutical/Bioinformatics Documentation Support Specialist to support external screening data operations and vendor coordination. The role involves maintaining data repositories, processing screening requests, and ensuring compliance with data handling standards to support scientific decision-making.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update external screening data repositories and vendor-specific portals
Process screening requests and validate/QC data deliverables
Distribute accurate and complete screening data to internal scientists
Receive, format, and publish screening data using standardized data-loading tools and templates
Register and maintain vendor profiles and project records in designated systems
Maintain and update reference and control compound lists and screening protocols
Request registration of new control/reference compounds as needed
Ensure compliance with data handling standards and maintain audit-ready documentation
Support reporting and data traceability requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Data Management, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
Experience supporting scientific data workflows and data management
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Clear and effective written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external vendors
Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities and evolving processes
Demonstrates accountability and ownership of deliverables
Customer-focused mindset supporting scientific stakeholders
Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement

In vitro screening assay lab experience
