Responsibilities
Coordinate and lead administrative activities in Power Operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and timeliness of correspondence, information, and documentation
Support Senior Management with recurring and ad-hoc requests
Track, trace, and communicate invoice status in the system; resolve issues or escalate as needed to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Ensure all suppliers in Power Operations are paid on time by managing invoice workflow end-to-end
Process invoices for the Power Operations Group
Troubleshoot invoice issues in Oracle Cloud from initiation to payment disbursement
Use Excel spreadsheets to track workflow and manage priorities
Handle Outlook calendar scheduling (appointments, reminders, team meetings, scheduling for others)
Manage Teams chats and meetings
Arrange travel using Microsoft Edge or Chrome for the Management Team and self
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, financial administration, or related areas
Heavy experience in Excel (tracking, spreadsheets, data management – advanced skills preferred)
Excellent communication and organization skills (written and verbal) with internal/external stakeholders; acute attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
Solution-driven mindset, high adaptability, and strong service orientation
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Preferred
Experience in a cloud environment, ideally Oracle (Oracle Cloud)
Exposure to supply chain processes
