Responsibilities
Advance existing voice and text agents and integrate capabilities with other AI startups
Assist in prototyping, validation, and adoption of generative AI features for customer-facing and internal scenarios
Help develop new ways to deploy sophisticated agent evaluations and model management frameworks
Contribute to innovations in AI-native software development
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Software Engineering experience
Experience shipping value to users
Going through the full software development lifecycle
Using a modern language like Python, TypeScript, Go, Java, or C#
Desire to operate autonomously and eventually assume ownership of the systems you grow
Curiosity about the challenges of audio, speech-to-text, and real-time conversation
Ability to help the team weigh the tradeoffs between various AI approaches to choose the best path
Actively embrace AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude, etc) to accelerate workflows and believe in leveraging them to write better code faster
Preferred
Local to Los Angeles strongly preferred (on-site/hybrid)
Previous experience shipping AI features that drove significant customer value
Experience in Healthcare or Healthcare-adjacent domains
