PT Inside Sales Specialist
Chapter Aesthetic Studio is a medical aesthetics brand focused on empowering individuals in their beauty journey. They are seeking a PT Inside Sales Specialist to utilize a consultative sales process for converting leads into booked appointments, while fostering positive relationships and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
Maintain a high level of integrity, organization, and time management
Maintain individual benchmark or above benchmark for Inside Sales Key Performance Indicators
Coordinate with leadership to overcome Key Performance Indicator setbacks & objections
Role-model and promote Chapter’s core values and culture within the department
Respond to all New Lead inquiries with a sense of urgency, professionalism, and joy
Utilize empathetic listening to discover prospect goals and motivation
Build and nurture relationships with New Leads through telephone, text, chat, and social platforms
Perform outreach to existing guests to increase FOV and appointments booked including but not limited to package, bonus credits and rewards credits lists
Clearly articulate Chapter points of differentiation including Chapter’s philosophy and approach to aesthetic care and wellness
Create new appointments with strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Maximize the appointment with recommendations that enhance the guest’s experience: complementary treatments, Membership, and financing
Overcome obstacles that inhibit conversion
Perform routine follow-up communication for new and existing guests leads to convert at or above expectations
Follows the Chapter sales lead management process. Leverages tools, reports, and resources to maximize results
Drive results and achieve goals in lead conversion, promotional campaigns, and events
Qualification
Required
Education Level: High-school diploma or equivalent
Job Related/Industry Experience: 2 years of recent customer service experience
A quiet, private, distraction-free work environment with limited interruptions/background noise
Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette
Clear, concise, and professional written and digital communication skills
Ability to identify high-level customer issues that require resolution and/or escalation
Strong organization and time management skills
Strong computer skills and demonstrated sound decision-making skills
Retail or guest service experience in the service industry
Strong proficiency with multi-tasking across computer programs
Ability to work within the hours of 8am-8pm CST from anywhere in the United States
Ability to work 2 Saturdays/month 9 am - 3 pm CST
Preferred
Experience with CRM and Lead-Management systems favored, but not required
