Senior Level, Lead/Staffrhi is seeking experienced Risk Manager leaders to support multiple large-scale hyperscale data center programs across North America. The role involves developing and maintaining the Project Risk Management Plan, managing risk meetings, and performing risk assessments to ensure project data is accurate and up-to-date.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the Project Risk Management Plan (RMP), including methodology, roles/responsibilities, risk thresholds, and reporting cadence aligned with Microsoft standards
Establish and manage recurring risk meeting cadence with all stakeholders (General Contractor, Engineer, Microsoft)
Lead full risk workshop during construction kickoff, ensuring alignment and integration with General Contractor and Microsoft teams
Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments (including Monte Carlo simulations, CRA/SRA) and document findings
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide updates to the designated RCA lead
Ensure project risk data remains live, accurate, and reflects current site conditions
