Responsibilities
Serve as a Senior PeopleSoft Security Administrator for Nassau County, working onsite in Long Island, NY
Implement and support PeopleSoft Human Capital Module (HCM), particularly versions 9.1 and 9.2
Manage and configure user profiles, roles, permission lists, and various security components (Row level, Dynamic, Application, Project, Department Tree, PeopleTools, Process Group, Query, User Preferences)
Configure, recommend, and troubleshoot security definitions based on user access requirements
Administer complex Time & Labor and Absence Management security configurations
Maintain and configure security for HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules at different levels
Ensure maintenance and definition of PeopleSoft 9.2 Fluid security
Migrate projects and security elements/objects across multiple environments
Utilize PHIRE version control and JIRA ticketing systems for change and issue management
Apply knowledge of Oracle 19 or later databases in support of PeopleSoft environments
Produce comprehensive technical documentation related to security configurations and processes
Deliver excellent customer service to end-users and stakeholders
Collaborate effectively within a team and demonstrate strong initiative and leadership skills
Work independently and take responsibility for leading initiatives from inception to completion
