Assist in the deployment and maintenance of desktop and laptop computers and software
Provide in-depth troubleshooting and problem resolution including root cause analysis
Work with IT team members to improve processes and resolve technical issues
Assist with development and implementation of technical policies, procedures, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of experience in desktop support position
Working knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems and applications
Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Experience with network and infrastructure support
Preferred
Certification in A+ or Network+
