Responsibilities
Lead throughput improvement initiatives, production layout changes, and new equipment installation activities
Apply statistical analysis and time‑study methodologies to optimize operations and improve production standards
Develop and enhance manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems
Coordinate with quality teams to solve production bottlenecks and ensure product reliability
Create and revise equipment and workspace layouts using AutoCAD (required skill)
Maintain engineering documentation including uptime charts, throughput reports, workflow diagrams, and continuous improvement records
Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams on daily problem‑solving and long‑term improvement projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline
2–4 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or continuous improvement
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and process metrics
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Experience with standard time data analysis
Project management experience
Preferred
Experience with MS Project, Visual Basic, ABAQUS, or related engineering software
Exposure to lean manufacturing, process improvement, or production system methodologies
