Oversee and streamline day-to-day clinic operations to deliver outstanding patient experiences
Lead growth initiatives to scale annual revenue from $3M to $6M+
Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
Recruit, train, and lead administrative and operations staff
Maintain composure and provide steady leadership during periods of change or operational challenges
Implement systems, processes, and performance metrics to improve efficiency and accountability
Collaborate closely with clinical and marketing teams to align operations with strategic objectives
Monitor, report on, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and operational standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of operations leadership experience in healthcare, wellness, or private-pay environments
Demonstrated success scaling revenue and managing growth initiatives
Strong financial acumen, leadership capability, and organizational skills
