Responsibilities

Develop user stories, manage product backlogs, and document actionable requirements with detailed acceptance criteria
Review functional/technical designs for testability. Create and execute detailed test cases (including pre/post conditions and automated scripts)
Field stakeholder questions during User Acceptance Testing and perform preliminary triage for defect resolution
Maintain strict requirement-to-feature traceability within Azure DevOps (ADO) to ensure business alignment
Recommend design enhancements and defect corrections throughout the development lifecycle

Required

5+ years of professional Business Systems Analyst experience
Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in one of the specific modules listed above (Sales, Marketing, or Operations). Note: Day-one proficiency is required; training on the platform is not provided
Thorough understanding of D365 platform terminology, security protocols (RBAC), and user impersonation
Extensive experience working in Agile environments specifically using Azure DevOps (ADO)
Exceptional skill in translating complex business needs into structured technical documentation

Preferred

Official Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
