Qualification
Required
Strong technical foundation and hands-on understanding of modern engineering ecosystems
Proven experience across CI/CD tooling
Experience with Kubernetes-based platforms
Experience with contemporary infrastructure practices
Ability to shape product direction and influence technical decisions
Ability to ensure platform capabilities align with engineering and business objectives
Excellent communication skills
Confidence to operate effectively at all levels of the business
