Billing and Contract Administrator
Tanisha Systems, Inc is seeking a Billing and Contract Administrator to manage and track contracts while generating monthly billing. The role involves communication with internal customers, resolving inquiries regarding contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities
Responsible for managing/tracking contracts and generating monthly billing
Communication with internal customers to identify needs
Work with internal stakeholders such as sales and delivery to maintain SOX compliant data
Research and resolve internal and external inquiries regarding current contracts and accounts
Conduct discussion sessions as part of knowledge acquisition and document the same in a workflow tool
Taking ownership and ensure completion of milestones without any extension or time delay
Maintaining complete knowledge of all service tasks and programs
Stay up to date on changes in the process flow or in the company and/or floor policy
Knowledge of and adherence to customer service metrics
Strong excel skills required. SAP or billing system knowledge preferred
Self directed learning
Ability to organize and prioritize activities
Time driven approach with a sense of urgency
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and process analysis skills
Teamwork focused
Qualification
Required
Handling the Federal Govt Accounts
Managing/tracking contracts and generating monthly billing
Communication with internal customers to identify needs
