Responsibilities
Develop and implement training programs that cater to a wide range of skill levels, focusing on the foundational aspects of machine learning and AI for beginners, as well as advanced topics for more experienced learners
Conduct engaging and inclusive training sessions, workshops, and webinars, ensuring content is accessible and resonates with a diverse, non-technical audience
Create a variety of learning materials, including presentations, case studies, hands-on coding labs, interactive exercises, and assignments tailored to individual learning needs
Provide personalized feedback and support, focusing on individual participant development and learning outcomes
Continually update and refine curriculum materials to ensure relevance and cater to the evolving needs of diverse learners
Collaborate with other trainers and development teams to create an enriching, integrated learning experience
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and backgrounds, emphasizing clarity and inclusiveness
Qualification
Required
Exceptional communication skills with a talent for engaging diverse, non-technical audiences
Experience in instructional design, particularly for beginners and non-technical learners in machine learning and AI
Strong empathy and patience to understand and address individual learning needs
Experience with digital learning platforms and blended learning approaches
Proficiency in machine learning, AI technologies, and programming languages like Python or R
Bachelor's or Master's degree in machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field
Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust/Suitability, which includes a requirement of U.S. residency for three out of the last five years
