They are seeking a bilingual HR Assistant to serve as a communication link within the HR team and the predominantly Spanish-speaking workforce, handling translation, employee support, and HR operations responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Provide accurate verbal and written translation between English and Spanish

Interpret during meetings, trainings, investigations, safety discussions, and confidential HR conversations

Translate HR policies, employee communications, forms, and onboarding materials

Assist with benefits education, payroll/HR changes, attendance, LOA questions, and employee relations discussions

Support HR leadership by facilitating communication with employees who primarily speak Spanish

Assist with job postings, applicant screening, interviews, and bilingual onboarding

Deliver orientation and ensure new employees fully understand policies, benefits, and workplace expectations

Assist with and translate safety training, signage, and communication

Maintain safety logs, PPE programs, and provide support to the Safety Committee and Emergency Response Team

Assist with personnel file management, badge creation, internal postings, and front-desk support (where applicable)

Support ongoing HR projects, data entry, and daily administrative needs
