Responsibilities

Install, configure, performance tune, administer, and troubleshoot all in-house, computer-related hardware and software

Comply with company data backup, disaster recovery, software licensing, security, and authorization policies

Contribute analytical and technical expertise regarding in-house, computer-related hardware and plant/business information technology

Promote cost effective, high-performance computer technology that supports continuous improvement for productivity and efficiency

Maintain accurate inventory of computer-related hardware and software assets

Provide analytical, technical, and developmental expertise to support existing and future plant computer-related hardware, plant floor data collection systems, and business information systems

Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and formulate corrective actions
