Providing subject matter expertise for M&A transactions
Completing all work dealing with securities disclosures
Lead project manager for the company's formation of new Vietnam subsidiary. This role would be in partnership with the company's corporate paralegal

Required

Providing subject matter expertise for M&A transactions
Completing all work dealing with securities disclosures
Lead project manager for the company's formation of new Vietnam subsidiary. This role would be in partnership with the company's corporate paralegal
Candidates must be able to work full-time
Company's preference is for candidates who can be onsite in Santa Clara, California
Company's budget for full-time work is $4,000/week
Candidate will be employed through an Employer of Record (EOR) for the duration of the engagement
