Responsibilities
Running sales campaigns and driving daily/weekly revenue
Holding salespeople accountable to activity, follow-up, and closing
Training and coaching the sales team (on the floor, not from a desk)
Managing inventory, receiving, pricing, and store flow
Understanding and operating within a liquidation / discount retail model
Overseeing marketing execution (ads, promotions, local campaigns)
Managing contractor & professional customer relationships
Building and scaling e-commerce (Shopify, marketplaces, listings)
Improving systems, processes, and execution across the store
Acting as the day-to-day operator so the owner can focus on growth
Qualification
Required
Have led teams in retail, sales, operations, or liquidation
Understand how to drive urgency, volume, and margin
Are comfortable with KPIs, accountability, and tough conversations
Can balance strategy with hands-on execution
Want ownership, autonomy, and visible impact
Are tired of roles where decisions die in meetings
